What to expect at New Community Life

New Community Life is a vehicle for bringing a high expectation, faith, and hope for many persons to have an experience with God. This kind of expectant faith will bring us to great things similar to the events that are written in the pages of the Bible. New Community Life is committed to never limit our experience with Jesus Christ and are confident in His abiding love and power. As we collectively apply the principles of God’s Kingdom, God is faithful every time that we meet to do things beyond what we are capable of putting into words. Come and experience it for yourself!

New Community Life - A Word from Pastor Aaron

"When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men” (Eph. 4:8). It is sad to say that there are a good number of Christians who are being held captive. It's like they are a prisoner to whatever is currently going on in their lives. Why is this so? It's because the trials and tribulations of life has convinced them there is no way out and they have given up and are settling for whatever happens. Maybe you feel trapped working a certain job or maybe depression is trying to find a home in your heart and isn't taking no for an answer? Did you know that Satan nor anything of the world has the authority to hold you captive? After Jesus' death on the cross, He descended into hell, defeated Satan, arose on the third day victorious, and ascended into Heaven leading captivity captive! One gift that He gave us is the Holy Spirit. Jesus once said, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives…to set at liberty those who are oppressed" (Luke 4:18). This same Spirit that is upon Jesus is in and upon you armed and ready to proclaim liberty on your behalf. You are not a prisoner! You are a winner because you have been set free! Believe and receive it now! I pray that this Word blesses you beyond measure. Love Your Co-Laborer in Christ, Pastor Aaron T. Murphy

My experience at New Community Life

New Community Life is similar and different from fellowships I have been a part of in the past. Over the past three weeks, I noticed that the leadership always allows The Holy Spirit to take the lead. There may be an agenda on the floor, but it is subject to change due to the move of The Holy Spirit. New Community Life is similar and different from fellowships I have been a part of over the years. When I first came to New Community Life, I was fresh off of a job loss. I was severely wounded in my spirit. I felt alone, and I was just beginning to understand why I was going through this trial. I needed comfort, I needed reassurance, and a right now WORD. I can honestly say the teachings are excellent, and are very easy to comprehend. On top of it all, you meet wonderful people. Everyone that's part of the fellowship is very down to earth, nice, and they love The Lord. All of us are from different backgrounds and were raised differently, but we all have something is common, and that's our desire to serve GOD. Well, what more can I say about this house of worship. It's a place where you are free to worship God in spirit and truth. - Unknown Author
